In this hands-on workshop, we’re getting straight into it – pressing olives, learning the process, tasting fresh oil, and understanding what makes it good.

We’ll talk about:

•    How olives turn into oil
•    When is the best time to harvest and make fresh olive oil
•    The different ways oil can be pressed (traditional + modern)

We also encourage you to pick your own olives 🌿

After registering, you will be added to a WhatsApp group where we will share the location for olive picking.
